I am writing to you to request that your office conduct a thorough compliance audit of the Town of West Seneca. This
year the Supervisors tentative budget calls for a 12% tax hike. There have been several prior audits of the Town from
your office that have indicated poor financial controls. Also it does not appear that they are in compliance with General
Municipal Law 30(7) and State Finance Law 54(10)(g). I could not locate on the Towns Official Website the most recent
independent audit report or a multi-year financial plan.
