INTRODUCTION

Education is in the form of communication, it is the medium used in learning

and teaching. Communication involves a sender transmitting a message to a recipient,

who then decodes and interprets that message. This means there are multiple points in

the communication process where misinterpretation and distraction are possible.

There are certain barriers to effective communication that every organization faces.

These potential interruptions of the flow of information are referred to as "noise".

Examples of noise include environmental noise, physiological-impairment noise,

semantic noise, syntactical noise, organizational noise, cultural noise, and

psychological noise.

In order to deal with these noises, we tend to use microphones and lapels in

order to compete with the noise. These electronic devices are mostly used in

education it is common for us to use this in reporting, in discussions, in lectures and

also in laboratories for us to deliver the information and instructions we ought to send.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

This study aims how to help in controlling and to control the efficiency of

lapels with auto volume.

Specifically, this study sought to answer the following questions:

1. Volume regulation depending on the noise present.

2. Noise control in room

3. Cost of the product.

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

This study is to regulate the volume of a lapel microphone depending on the noise

present in the environment and to control the noise in order to have a smooth way of

communicating.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The importance of this study is control the noise present in the environment

and to make the lapel microphones more friendly to its user. The user is now capable

of speaking continuously without worrying how noise interrupts the

lecture/discussion. The Arduino regulates the volume on the lapel microphone

depending on the noise present, noise is categorized by VERY HIGH, HIGH, MID,

LOW, VERY LOW and the microphones and amplifier will respond according to the

degree of noise by varying the volume output of the user.
