HGI Seminars course registration affords me to an opportunity to participate in every thing related to the
Ideas to Implementations course. The course is a six month curriculum. Full refund is offered to anyone who
attends every class, and participates in every conference call; fully completing the course. At which time, If any
participant does not feel like our course was worth their money HGI Seminars will offer a full refund.

HGI Seminars and associated materials are designed to help you achieve your maximum potential. The
information that will be shared with you during training events and HARVEST Group Institute affiliated
productions is not guaranteed to produce any results in your life or business beyond your ability to learn and
execute the techniques that are taught to you. The information that will be shared with you during training
events and HARVEST Group Institute affiliated productions is owned by and is proprietary to Harvest Group
Institute. The materials are protected by copyright and are provided to you for your personal use and
development. Any and all information, materials, discussions, or experiences disclosed during training events,
HARVEST Group Institute meetings/classes and affiliated productions shall be the sole property of HARVEST
Group Institute and or any of its affiliated companies. There are no recording devices permitted. Any re-
publication, photocopying, distribution or unauthorized use of any information is strictly prohibited. The sale of
any material at training events, HARVEST Group Institute affiliated production that have not been authorized is
prohibited. I understand that the materials provided are for my own personal use and I agree not to use or
disclose information in any manner that is inconsistent with the above terms, unless I obtain the prior written
approval of HARVEST Group Institute. If certain aspects of the HARVEST Group Institute are too demanding or
strenuous for my condition or me, I agree to and shall refrain from participation or overexertion. I accept full
responsibility for my actions, conduct and results and I will not hold HARVEST Group Institute or any of its
affiliated companies liable. I understand that participation in training events, HARVEST Group Institute and
affiliated productions, I may be photographed and/or videotaped. I hereby authorize HARVEST Group Institute
and any of its affiliated companies to use my personage, voice and likeness in any future promotional materials
without compensation thereof, and without territorial, time, or use limitations. I agree that the terms of this
agreement shall apply to all future seminars, meetings, or activities involving the HARVEST Group Institute,
affiliated productions and training events, regardless of the place or time of such activity.

I have read, understand, and will adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures of the HARVEST Group Institute.

*Payment will be collected via credit/debit card on the 15TH of every month until course is completed. A written
letter must be emailed to HarvestGroup@mail.com to cancel payments and drop the class.
