Kick off Meeting Minutes

Call to order
A kick off meeting between ANEC Consulting and Mr. Christian Marr Saludo,
a client of the consulting firm, was duly called and held on August 1, 2017, Tuesday
at ANEC Consulting premises, 206, New Building, Polytechnic U, Sto. Tomas,
Batangas at exactly 6:25 in the evening. The meeting was presided by Ms. Mary
Glaine Punzalan, with Ms. Maureen Dimayuga as the corporate secretary.

Agenda
The meeting is the first meeting between ANEC Consulting, represented by
Ms. Mary Glaine Punzalan and Ms. Aira Lorraine Lumban, and the client Mr.
Christian Marr Saludo. The objectives of the meeting are the following:
Formally acknowledge the arrangement for the engagement
Determine the scope of the engagement
Discuss the clients role and expectations for the engagement
Get to know one another

Discussion
I. Introduction
Mr. Christian Marr Saludo, the client, is new in the business industry
and he wants to put up a trading business, in which he plans to invest a
maximum capital of fifty million pesos (Php 50,000,000.00).

II. Acknowledgement for the arrangement of engagement

Mr. Saludo will provide the necessary payments for the registration of
his business provided that ANEC Consulting will process all the necessary
 requirements in his behalf. The fees for the engagement is yet to be
discussed.

III. Determining the Scope of Engagement

Mr. Saludo wants the ANEC Consulting to process everything for his
business to start operating. The ANEC Consulting will be responsible for the
business registration of Mr. Saludos business, starting with the compilation of
the necessary requirements until the business has all the necessary
documents to operate.

IV. Discussing the Clients Role and Expectations for the Engagement
Mr. Saludos role to the engagement is to provide all the money needed
for the registration of his business. He will also be the one to choose if what
form of ownership his business will be having. He wants to be the sole owner
of his business, controlling it alone. He expects that at the end of engagement
his business is registered completely and ready to operate.

Issues
Mr. Saludo is still deciding for the form of ownership for his business. ANEC
Consulting will be providing a presentation about the forms of business
organization, to help Mr. Saludo decide. He is still also deciding of how much money
he will be investing to his business. On the other hand, ANEC Consulting is yet to
provide the breakdown of fees for the engagement and the unanswered query of Mr.
Saludo about the possible incorporators for a corporation and the minimum capital
requirement.
