Terms and Conditions :

1) The supplier is authorized to raise bills and receive payment directly from the
indentor/consignee as per C&I Deptt. Order No.F-5/12/79/B/XI dated 18/09/79.
2) On receipt of the goods in good condition and as per the specication and Terms
& Conditions etc., buyer shall make the payments positively within 45 days from
the date of receipt of material failing which buyer shall have liable to pay the
amount with interest for the delayed payment as per the provision of MS & MED
Act, 2006.
3) The buying ofcer of the concerned department will be held responsible for the
payment of interest.
4) VAT/Commercial Tax/CST and other taxes are extra as if applicable and are to be
paid / deducted as per M.P. Govt. Commercial Taxes Rules & provisions by Indentor
/ Consignee.
Note Regarding VAT: -
(a) - Madhya Pradesh Laghu Udyog Nigam Ltd. being a marketing agency does not
bear any responsibility for collection/deduction of any tax in respect of the material
General Terms and Conditions : being supplied.
(b) - The person making payment to the supplier for the goods supplied to state
Government Departments should deduct the amount of Value Added Tax (VAT)
from the amount payable to the supplier and deposit the same with the State
Government as per the applicable provisions of the Madhya Pradesh VAT Act,
2002. He shall be responsible for issuing appropriate Form as per the said Act and
Rules framed there-under.
5) The supplier should intimate execution of the order to MPLUN within 45
Days/D.P. mentioned herein from the date of supply order failing which the order is
liable to be cancelled.
6) The supplier should acknowledge receipt of the material immediately to MPLUN.
7) The supplier should send their bills directly to the consignee along with proof of
dispatch with a copy to the Marketing Department of MPLUN.
8) In case of any complaint regarding rate quality, or specication, LUN must be
intimated within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order/material.
9) All correspondence must indicate our Order No. & Date and Names of items.
1. This rate list shall come into force from the date of issue and will be valid for
one year unless revoked and extended thereafterfor further period as agreed
mutually. 2.This rate list supersedes all or any other rate list issued earlier. 3.The
FOR rates for any destination in M.P. inclusive of excise duty (as/if applicable)
MPLUNs Service Charge at the rate of 2 percent, Inspection Charges at the rate of
0.5 percent and applicable service tax on both, packing, transportation,loading-
unloading, transit insurance, etc. but exclusive of VAT/CST 4. Inspection-
Inspection shall be carried by the technical department of MPLUN before dispatch.
5. Marking- Cables shall be marked with following information before dispatch, (a)
Special Terms and Conditions : Manufacturers name and trade mark, (b) Supplied through MPLUN,(c) ISI Mark with
size of cables. 6. Guarantee- Cables shall be guaranteed against any
manufacturing defects for a minimum period of 02 years.7. Delivery- The Duly
inspected material shall be delivered to the consignee within 30 days of the date of
placement of supply order or as stipulated in the supply order.8. Packing- The
Supplier shall provide such packing of the Goods as is required to prevent their
damage or deterioration during transit to their nal destination. The packing shall
be sufcient to withstand, without limitation, rough handling during transit and
exposure to extreme temperatures, salt and precipitation during transit and open
storage.
