Chandler Unified School District District Wide
Currently I travel around to a variety of schools in the Chandler School District k-12 helping physical education
teachers with their adapted P.E. classes. I give them sport ideas and adaptations that I have learned throughout the
years of coaching Special Olympics along with co-teaching with the adapted physical education teacher for the
district. At times the teachers will ask me to teach a lesson for them so they can get an idea of how to instruct
students with special needs and then I help/guide them through a lesson and answer any questions they have.

Instructed up to 15 students individually and in groups.

Set up lesson materials, bulletin board displays and demonstrations.
Adapted teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
