1980 (4.5 yrs). Registered Mechanical Engineer in 1982 with the rating of 86.8 % (1st Place in M.E. Board
Exam). Professional Mechanical Engineer in 1995 with 45 units in Management Technology.

Twenty eight (28) years of experience in the field of Power Plant Operation. These include actual experience
in machinery diagnostics, turbo-machinery overhauls, alignment and balancing of machinery components.
Likewise, I managed the development of computerized maintenance and subsequently maintenance
information system, such as Mimcom Information Management System. Moreover, I have attended and
applied the following maintenance philosophies; Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Condition Based
Maintenance.

Corporate Awardee, 1994 for Innovation on Left Hand Main Steam Valve, wherein the corporate saved
millions of pesos from modification as an alternative for the replacement of parts.
