in subsequent meetings.

11.The Monthly review meeting has been conducted under the chairmanship of Honble President .All sections of the
panchayat as well as other district level functionaries reviewed regularly in addition to ZP meeting, District Vigilance
Monitoring Committee and Standing Committee meeting.

13.During preparation of Annual Action Plan due care has been taken for convergence with different department plans and
schemes. Priority has given to the schemes such as MGNREGA,SFC/CFC, Rural Housing ,AWC, Rural Sanitation and
Programme of Agriculture and Allied activities, Forest and Environment etc

14.All the tiers are consulted and included in the Action Plans .The Preparation of Annual Action Plans are initiated at Grass
Root level i.e at Gram Saabha and placed to intermediate panchayat and finally approved in Zilla Panchayat
15.All Stakeholder are participates and monitors to ensure the quality of work .In each work there is a vigilance committees
constitution the stake holders like Farmers ,SHGs,Women Groups and youth groups are formed to incorporate the
suggestions.

16.The Annual plan has been discussed in threadbare and suggestion of majority of members are recorded, which has been
duly approved and communicated to difference level for timely execution and to create durable and productive assets.

19. Income generation assets are created at the level of Gram panchayat and intermediate panchayat level on the basis of
the approval of Action plans by the Zilla Panchayat during the year 2016-17.

mobilization,capacity building thorugh skill upgradation ,financial inclusion and institutional building at
community level
 25.The District Administration has taken a number of measure by consulting with Health
Officials to improve the health status of Women by awareness programme of National rural Health
Missions by active participation of ASHA and AWW ,The services are provided at door steps and the
pregnant women are taken utmost care and emergency ambulance service as finanacial support is
provided to them for institution al delivery and to reduce the maternal mortality rate ,immunization and
nutritional programmes have been taken out at school level.
