POLICY: A daily structured exercise program, developed in consultation with a
registered physical therapist is offered by the Center.

PROCEDURE:
Structured exercise program
1. The center offers a daily structured exercise program for participants whose physicians
have authorized their participation.

2. The program was developed in consultation with a registered physical therapist.

3. A registered physical therapist provides consultation and review of the exercise

program at least quarterly.
