CONTRACT: AUTHOR

This contract is executed on [DATE] day of [MONTH] [Year] between:

1. Indian Gamers Club, 200 A, Punjab Bagh, Patiala, Punjab, India hereinafter called the First
Party (which term & expression shall include and mean his heirs, assignees, legal
representatives. Administrators etc.) of the FIRST PART.
2. [TITLE] [NAME] [ADDRESS] ages about [AGE] years hereinafter called the Second party (which
term & expression shall include and mean his heirs, assignees, legal representatives.
Administrators etc.) of the SECOND PART.

WHEREAS the parties hereto have agreed to enter a contract of streaming video games on the
online broadcasting platforms like (but not limited to) Twitch.tv, YouTube, restream.io etc.

AND WHEREAS all the parties desire the term and conditions of the parties be reduced in writing to
avoid any doubts, disputes or ambiguities in future.

NOW THEREFORE THE CONTRACT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. The contract is with effect from [DATE].

2. That the name and style of the contract shall be CONTRACT: AUTHOR

3. The duration of the contract is as follows:

a. Probation period of one month from the date of commencement.
b. Three months recurring contract terms. To be renewed every three months

4. That SECOND PARTY WILL:

a. ARTICLES:
i. Write 8 (EIGHT) articles in a month.
ii. The said month will start from 1st day of each calendar month.

b. ARTICLE STRUCTURE:
i. Write articles of no less than 700 800 words.
ii. Each article must have an Article Image. The dimensions of the article image
can be obtained from the office of FIRST PARTY but the Article Image must be
provided by the SECOND PARTY.
iii. Each article must have inline picture/video references to greater impact.
1. Each video link used must be an Unlisted video from the FIRST
PARTYs YouTube channel.
2. All pictures used must be uploaded to the article itself. No third-party
photo sites like imgur, photobucket etc. are to be used.
3. All images used must have Can be used with or without Modification
permission. No copyright protected images are to be used.
iv. The choice of articles must be relevant to FIRST PARTY visions and missions and
should have a goal of promoting the FIRST PARTY.
v. The choice of topics is at the discretion of the SECOND PARTY. However, the
FIRST PARTY may also suggest topics from time to time.

c. NOT USE SELF ADVERTISING:

i. In the articles written, the SECOND PARTY will not advertise their
own/personal:

3. Web profiles
4. Other Profiles, and
5. Other personal information
ii. Only the profile maintained on FIRST PARTY websites and portals will be
displayed that will include profile pictures, profiles text, profile activity etc.

d. NO PARALLEL CONTENT SHARING:

i. The SECOND PARTY will write articles exclusively for FIRST PARTY and will not
share the same to any other source. Violation of the same will be treated as
offence against FIRST PARTY and prosecuted as per law and may lead to
immediate termination of the contract and holding any credits towards the
SECOND PARTY

5. The FIRST PARTY reserves complete rights to:

a. All content generated by the SECOND PARTY.
b. The SECOND PARTY shall no use the content generated without prior written
permission from the FIRST PARTY.

6. PAYMENT & MODES

a. The second party will be paid a sum of Rs. 5000 (SEVEN THOUSAND ONLY) for their
services rendered.
b. A deduction of Rs. 625 (SIX HNDRED TWENTY FIVE ONLY) per article will be made if the
SECOND PARTY is failing to provide the aforesaid number of articles.
c. The SECOND PARTY will be paid by means of wire transfers to their bank account
directly. If for some reason the wire transfer is not possible a cheque will be issued for
the same bank account. If for some reason a cheque cannot be issued then a direct bank
deposit will be made
d. The date of payment will be on or before 7th day of every month.
e. The payments will be made in INR (Indian Rupee).

7. EXIT CLAUSE:
a. If for some reason any PARTY is willing to exit from the contract then the following
proceeds must be observed:
i. A Notice period of no less than one month needs to be served in writing.
ii. The active duration of the contract need to be completed in any case.

8. CONTRACT TERMINATION:
a. If any of the parties is found to violate any part of the contract then the other party has
the right to terminate the contract immediately.

9. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
a. The SECOND PARTY is required to provide the following self-attested documents to
enter this contract:
i. ID proof I.e. Aadhar, Driving License or voter card
ii. Residence proof
iii. Bank account passbook's first page that has Account Name, Account number,
bank address and IFSC code

10. That all parties shall:

a. Carry on the contract to the greatest common advantage
b. Be just and faithful to each other and render true account and fill in inspection of all the
things affecting the contract to one another

11. That in the event of any dispute between the parties or their legal representatives about the
interpretation of their contract or their rights and liabilities thereunder or any matter
whatsoever touching upon the contract affairs whether in course or on or about termination of
the contract or thereafter shall be settled in Patiala, Punjab, India by arbitration and the
provisions of the Indian Arbitration Act, shall apply in that behalf.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have signed their contract and have respectively set their
Signature hereto in token of acceptance of terms and conditions stipulated above, on the date and at the
place mentioned above.
