Installation Guide

Requirement for training.

Skype Desktop App, working Audio Jack in system, Ammy Admin 3.5.

Pre-requirements: Microsoft Dot Net Framework 4.5, OS-Windows 7 or above, MS Office 2007 or above
(with Excel & Access), sufficient power backup.

Keep the folder Debtor in D drive.

Double click on Debtor4120.exe and continue with installation of CRM.

Installation Step:-

Press on Run.

After pressing Run button, if your computer doesnt have Microsoft .Net Framework then you will see
below screen. You require internet connection to install Microsoft .Net Framework directly from
Microsofts website.

Press on Accept button, after that Microsoft .Net Framework will start installation, it requires some time.
If your computer has already installed Microsoft .Net Framework then you can see below screen.

Now, press CTRL+O or click on File menu and select Select Data Storage File and select database file
named as database-demo file, you can use this file for your demo work,

All your data which you will save in software that will save in these database file, so you can take back up
by copying these file and paste it to anywhere (in other drive in computer or pen drive). If in case your
computer will crash or you lost your data then you can recover by back up files.

Note that you can use these database file in one system only. If you'll try to open these database file in
different computer, then it'll be crash, and you may lose data. If you'll try to copy-n-paste data from
different database file then again this modified database file will crash on opening in CRM. So, you
cannot use database file of one computer in another computer and you cannot copy the data from
another database file in to your database file. If it crash then our company is not responsible for it.

You cannot open the database file directly because its password protected, this is because provider
wants to keep his data safe from third party access.

This is strongly advised to do not try to open database file directly by any third party tool or software,
this may cause the loss of data in CRM and if so, we wont take any responsibility of data loss in such
case. These database files will open and edit trough CRM only.

And then, press CTRL+N or click on select image for new entry to load new empty form by selecting
the desired image from to D:\Debtor\DRDATA1111_1/ folder.

Now, see the mapping folder from D:\Debtor\

Here, you can easily check what you have to type from the image. The sequence is row wise in the image
and you have to type column wise in CRM. There are four types of TAB are given (1. Debt Details (10
Fields), 2. Debtor Details (9 Fields), 3. Employment Details (9 Fields), 4. Other Information (2 Fields))
Total you have to fill 30 fields in each form. You have to leave that field blank where the value of that
field is not given in the image file.

Press CTRL+S or click on Save Form from file menu to save form in selected database file.

After completing the data entry work, press ALT+L or click on Show Data List in Menu bar to view the
list of completed forms. To load/refresh new entries, Click on Reload Data List in View Menu.

You may double click on entry to View/Edit/Delete particular entry.

Important Instruction

1. You have to complete total 6000 forms in 26 calendar days (Includes Saturday and Sunday).

2. You have to fill at least 250 characters to save the form, if you typed less than 250 characters
then record will not be saved.

3. You have to type as per image only (Mirror Copy). All the characters are case sensitive. Character
must not be mismatched. You can select special characters from Insert Symbols Menu or press
ALT+S.

4. Do not make duplicate entry of any image or wrong value in Sr No field. This will deduct 1% per
SrNo/Duplicate form in accuracy calculation. If you have done more than 5 mistakes in
SrNo/Duplicate forms than submitted workload will go in rejection and agreement will be
terminated.

5. Accuracy report will come after 7-10 days of submission.

6. If accuracy report of part one submission (1-3000 forms) is coming less than minimum desired
accuracy as mentioned in an agreement then you will still be eligible to submit the part two
submission (3001-6000 forms) which will be processing for accuracy report as usual and billing
will be paid for part two submission (if accuracy is coming higher than minimum desired
accuracy). But, no further workload will be provided and agreement will be terminated
permanently.

7. If accuracy report of part one submission (1-3000 forms) is coming higher than minimum desired
accuracy then you will still be eligible to submit the part two of submission (3001-6000 forms) as
usual and billing of part one submission will be payable to you, but, if part two submission is
coming less than minimum desired accuracy then you will not be eligible for further workload
and agreement will be terminated permanently.

8. If you failed to submit database1 of part one (1-3000 forms) in 1 st 13 calendar days or database2
of part two (3001-6000 forms) in next 13 calendar days after submitted database1 than no
further workload will be provided and agreement will be terminated permanently.

9. If your accuracy will come below 85% (either in part one or part two) then no further workload
will be provided and agreement will be terminated permanently.

10. If your accuracy will come between 85.01% to 87.00% then we will give you 2 options, either you
go for rework or we will pay minimum amount . If you choose rework then we will give 2
additional days for doing cross checking of submitted data and then same workload will be re-
processing for accuracy report and your minimum acceptable accuracy of 96.01% on workload
submitted after rework.

11. Each image folders has 200 images, you will receive total 30 image folders for 6000 images.

12. For any doubts or query, take a screenshot/snapshot of images and mark your doubt fields,
