 INTRODUCCIN

El campo educacional es una de las reas cientficas sujetas a un

sinnmero de innovaciones y experiencias, la mayora de las cuales estn
versadas en el idioma ingls.

En consecuencia, para que nuestros estudiantes conozcan los

trabajos ms recientes que sobre educacin han sido publicados, pero que
todava no estn traducidos al espaol, necesitarn tener un conocimiento
del idioma ingls el cual les permitir tener una visin ms amplia de los
adelantos que en educacin se estn realizando.

El presente curso denominado Idioma Moderno, est destinado a los

participantes de la Licenciatura en Educacin y tiene como finalidad
capacitarlos para leer y comprender textos en ingls relacionados con las
diferentes disciplinas del campo educacional.

Los textos seleccionados estn correlacionados con las disciplinas

contenidas en el pensum de la Licenciatura de Educacin, tales como:
Mtodos y Tcnicas de Estudio, Filosofa de la Educacin, Curriculum,
Sociologa y Evaluacin.
