A Healthier Meal- According to the data found on dietfacts.com, my daily recommended calories, and my daily reference
values, the meal from McDonald's would be the most nutritious choice for me. The McDonald's meal has fewer calories,
fat, cholesterol, sodium, and carbs than the other meals. The fiber and protein count is similar to that of Wendy's and
Burger King but it is best to consider all that is consumed and not just a few facts. Back Yard Burger has higher fiber and
protein amounts. This is good for the Back Yard Burger meal, however, the high calories, fat, cholesterol, sodium, and
carbohydrates make that meal the least nutritious for me. I would want to eat plenty of fiber and protein but I could
recieve more from other meals during the day that have less calories and fat. It is better for me to choose the meal
that has the least calories, fat, cholesterol, sodium, and carbohydrates because these facts are from only meal
and I would still need factor in other meals that I would consume during the day. The calorie and fat intake are
the most important facts for me to consider because I do not want to gain any weight, and going over these
amounts could cause weight gain.
