(b) Atty. Dean Destura and Atty. Dadet* (edit nalang) conducted the
examination or questioning;
(c) In answering the questions asked of me, I was fully conscious that I was
doing so under oath, and that I may face criminal liability for false
testimony or perjury; and

2) QUESTION: You made mention that you are professional utility personnel?
ANSWER: Yes.
ANSWER: I do not know the petitioner personally but I know as the owner of
land, Mr. Sumbongero hired my services to clean to.

ANSWER: I observe that the land seems smaller than when I was cleaning it
before and a new building is being constructed in the neighboring
land.
