 Immerci gel
Immerci GEL – Sterile hydrogel with Plantago extract for
wound debridement. Packed in sterile tube or in an individual
sterile envelope containing a special syringe.

properties
▪ Under an occlusive dressing, the hydrogel protects the
wound and helps autolytic debridement of necrotic tissues,
thereby facilitating healing;
▪ In contact with necrotic tissues, the hydrogel behaves as a
water donor;
▪ Because of its optimum viscosity, the hydrogel remains
cohesive and doesn’t leave the wound.

indications
▪ Immerci gel is indicated for the debridement of open
wounds (ulcers, bedsores, cavitary wounds, donor sites,
diabetic foot) and dry atonic wounds.

 Immerci hypersol
Immerci hypersol – Sterile hypertonic solution with
Chamomilla extract for wound cleansing. Packed in sterile
spray tube.

properties
▪ Immerci hypersol ensures the optimum wound cleaning;
▪ The solution can be sprayed with sufficient pression so that
tissues are not affected.
▪ The spray jet can be controlled to properly cover any wound
surface.
▪ No complementary products are necessary for wound
cleansing;
▪ Immerci hypersol is very easy to handle.

▪ Immerci hypersol is indicated for acute and chronically

 Immerci coll
Immerci coll – Sterile microadherent hydrocolloid dressing
is a double layered dressing (breathable polyurethane film
outer layer and microadherent hydrocolloid contact layer),
packed in an individual sterile envelope.

Immerci coll – Sterile microadherent hydrocolloid dressing
has the following properties:
▪ The hydrocolloid contact interface interacts with wound
fluids and creates a semi-transparent and absorbent mass;
▪ Dressing maintains a moist environment, favorable to
wound healing;
▪ The outer layer made of semi-permeable polyurethane
film is permeable to steam, but impermeable to water or
exudate, thus acting as a microbial obstacle.

▪ Immerci coll is recommended in moderate exudative
wound treatment: ulcers, diabetic wounds and acute
wounds treatment: I and II degree burns, dermabrasions
and donor sites.

 Immerci tulle
Immerci tulle – Sterile paraffine dressing, is an impregnated
compress with neuter vaseline ointment, packed in individual
envelope.

Immerci tulle – Sterile paraffine dressing has the
following properties:
▪ On the wound, the dressing provides a contact interface
that creates the favourable local microclimate for the
cicatrisation process (cicatrisation in moist environment);
▪ Very well tolerated;
▪ Doesn’t adhere to the tissue and can be removed without
pain or trauma;
▪ The dressing can also be used for wounds in difficult areas
(anatomical folds).

Immerci tulle+ – Sterile hydrocolloid dressing consisting
of a polyester lattice support (tulle), impregnated with
hydrocolloid dispersion particles in a paraffin base, protected
on the both faces by a polypropylene film, packed in an
individual envelope.

▪ Provides a favourable microclimate for cicatrisation
process;
▪ Pain reduction;
▪ On the wound, the dressing components ensure a contact
lipid-colloid interface with favourable conditions for the
cicatrisation process (moist environment cicatrisation);
▪ Minimizes the wound evolution;
▪ Decreases the inflammatory edema;
▪ Decreases maceration risk;
▪ Very well tolerated;
▪ Doesn’t adhere to the tissue and can be removed without

and non-adhesive is packed in an individual sterile envelope.

▪ This polyurethane dressing provides superior exudate
management for faster wound healing. It also offers high
patient comfort due to a soft and flexible foam coated with
an external semi-permeable polyurethane film.
▪ The semi-permeable polyurethane film that covers the
external face is permeable to steam, but impermeable to
water or exudation, being a microbial obstacle.

indications
▪ Immerci cell dressings are indicated for a wide range of
exuding wounds including leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, and
non-infected diabetic foot ulcers, as well as for second
degree burns, donor sites, post-operative wounds and skin
abrasions.
▪ Immerci cell dressings may be used throughout the
healing process to provide protection for the indicated
types of wounds.

indications
▪ Immerci cell+ dressing is mainly intended for the treatment
of exudative wounds, such as ulcers and bedsores.

▪ Immerci film is designed for a wide range of clean wounds
in the granulation phase, such as superficial burns, IV sites,

may also be used as a secondary dressing for the treatment

 ACUTE WOUNDS

Granulating Epithelializing Traumatic wounds

(Healthy red tissue, which occurs
during the proliferative phase of
healing. Fibroblasts migrate to the
wound to produce collagen fibres. The
tissue is well vascularised and bleeds
easily).
(The wound surface is covered by
new epithelium. This begins when
the wound has filled with granulation
tissue. The tissue is pink, almost white
and only grows on top of healthy
granulation tissue.
Abrasions
Superficial wounds generally caused by friction as a result of tangential contact
between the skin and a harder or rougher surface. Abrasions are generally confined
to the outer layers of the skin.
Lacerations
More severe than the abrasions and involve both the skin and the underlying
tissues.
