OFFICE ORDER

Whereas, vide Orders No. 4577 dated 15.04.1999, orders for the constitution of BPAC
has been issued. It has been noticed that there is no mention regarding the authorities for
revalidation of building plans. I have considered this matter and am of the view that since
said powers for sanction of the building plans vests with the BPAC, the revalidation of the
building plans may also be assigned to the corresponding BPAC, who shall re-validate the
same after ascertaining payment of fee and validity of licence/bank guarantees. I order
accordingly. These orders may be read together with earlier orders issued vide memo no.
4577 dated 15.04.1999
