Public Building Commission Reporting Plan * The PBC has an internal department dedicated to the moritoring and tracking of MBE/WBE Participation and workforce reduirements. The building has been situated to the north of the subject site with the parking located to the side of the building as suggested in the Zoning Ordinance, the proposal seeks to provide safe and attractive walkways to help ensure pedestrian safety, the Proposal emphasizes the building entry with architectural detail and design, and the building attempts to create active uses along the first floor; The proposed building was located on the north portion of the site: 1. Parking located to the side of the building and safe attractive walkways throughout the school area provided i ( ( RECOMMENDATION Allsides and areas of the buildings that are visible to the public should be treated with materials, finishes, and architectural details that are of high-quality and appropriate for use on primary public-right-of-way-facing facade (per 17-8-0907-B-3), as evidenced through the information contained within this report, the proposed finish material is to be primarily face briek installed in two different types of construction styles on all sides of the buildings, the elevations are further accented with windows framed with colorful metal panels, and aluminum coping along the cornice line.
