OMNIBUS ORDER

Atty. Gines N. Abellana filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for the

accused/respondent with conformity of the accused Daniel Brennan y Kurt by
reason of fundamental differences in handling his case.

Finding merit, the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for the

accused/respondent is hereby granted.

WHEREFORE, the representation of Atty. Gines N. Abellana as counsel

for the accused/respondent Daniel Brennan y Kurt is hereby considered
withdrawn and counsel is relieved from all obligations of the said
accused/respondent.

Relatively, accused/respondent Daniel Brennan y Kurt is hereby directed

to secure services of another lawyer to represent him in all remaining
proceedings in this case.

SO ORDERED.
