ORDER

Relative to the Motion for the Release of Cash Bond to the

Attorney-In-Fact of Accused Marieta Kemp, this Court notes that the
said bailbond is already cancelled and released as contained in the
Order of this Court dated November 22, 2010, as follows:

WHEREFORE, as prayed for, this case is hereby

ordered dismissed for failure to prosecute. Consequently,
the cash bailbond posted by the accused under official
receipt no. 7733985 dated August 13, 2010, deposited
with the Clerk of Court for Multiple Salas, Tagbilaran
City, in the amount of P80,000.00 is hereby ordered
cancelled and released in favor of the bondsman named
therein or her duly authorized representative.

In view of the foregoing, the bondsman and/or her Attorney-In-

Fact may now withdraw the said bailbond from the Office of the Clerk
of Court for Multiple Salas of the Regional Trial Court of Bohol, City
of Tagbilaran.

SO ORDERED.
