Before anything else, I started gathering data in the net a year ago, since I was a senior.
I was inspired by the released of the results, a lot from my school top on the list. Top-
notching is hard. Passing is the hardest.
I collected files from different sites and forums. Pdf, word, ppt, audio book, etc, not
really that important. My bad. First note that you need to jot down, have a [one source of
review]. Focus on one review material. But if you have all the time to review, it's up to
you. In my time, I had Udan, Carl Balita's, Gapuz', and the review materials from the
review center. Habang maaga pa, I-review niyo na ang Funda.
Per rotation of my duty of my senior year, I studied one topic related to that rotation, for
example DR rot = MCN, and so on.
Never take for granted your Leadership & Mgmt, and Jurisprudence. So you don't have
to review all over again that much during the review.
At the start of review, my advice is LISTEN with your heart. Jot down notes. Try to
remember your lesson that day an hour before you sleep. Never rush. Hindi naman
lahat ng yan mareretain mo. Hindi lahat yan maasam mo. That's why important points
only. Lalu na ang mga paulit-ulit na dapat sagot, tulad ng pagnakita mo ang
HANDWASHING panigurado un na sagot, pero magbasa ka pa rin ah.
2. Makinig ka nang maayos. Kadalasan, masasabi mong nakakatawa at paulit ulit ang
mga topics, yung tipong alam ko na yan. Di ko napapasukan yan. Iwasan mong
magabsent sa review classes mo. Isipin mo na lang na binayaran mo yan at
makakatulong yan. Kung self review ka naman, kailangan focus ka sa review mo,
consistent ka sa schedule mo.
3. Have a realistic schedule. Nung kasi ako, grabe parang walang katapusan. Wala
akong natatapos. Nung ako kasi akala ko matatapos ko ang isang libro sa isang araw
lang, okya dalawa. Pero di ganun kadali e. Expect mo rin ang mga posibleng mangyari,
mga events na maaring makagulo sa review mo. Basta realistic at possible na
schedule, pasok na yan. Post it on your table or memory board pala.
4. Relax. Take time to enjoy, wag puro stress lang ang inaatupag. Wag papapressure
sa oras. At wag na wag kang magcocount down. Sus, tataas lalo ang anxiety mo. Ang
gawin mo pag stress ka na at wala nang pumapasok pagnababasa ka, manuod ng
movie kahit isa lang, yung comedy naman sana. Okaya mamasyal ka. Maganda ring
outlet ang swimming.
6. Gamot? Ako wala akong ginamit. Sabi nang iba mag-vitamins daw at mag glutaphos.
Ayy meron pala. Yung vitamin B complex, o Pharex. Ayun gising ako lagi pag
nagklakkasi.
Ako, bawat pre-board namin, tinitest ko sarili ko, hindi ako mag-aaral the night before.
Hindi dahil napakatalino kungdi para handa ang utak sa bigat ng mga tanong na
kakaharapin. Ganun din nung board exam na. Tinulugan ko na lang. Nakatulog ako
mga 9pm ata. Para rin ganado kang mag-exam. Godbless.
