The interaction of objective in a company can be all thought as a part of a tree (roots+
trunk+ leaves), they all integrate and corporate together as a whole unity to reach a
common goal.

If people within organizations go different ways of their objectives, it is hard to focus on

their central aims and accomplish it.

All the departments and individuals within an organization should be heading the same way
for an overall common aim or goal
Overall reach of where the company wants to be is their final goal/aim

For example, a particular department is only able to increase sales and attract customers if
employees (representatives of individuals) increase their productivity and efficiency in
producing a high- quality product

In order to achieve objectives, company need to set tactics(day-to-day activities) and

objectives (overall plan which is usually long term)
