is vital important to the operator.
In order to ensure safe operation of the crane, please read this manual carefully and completely
understand it, which will:
Help you get to know precautions and issues to be alerted of before operating this crane;
Help you to realize safe operation;
Avoid failures and faults caused by improper operation;
Improve operation safety and increase service life of this crane;
Reduce down times;
Please keep this manual at the operators cab at all times for convenience of consulting. It is
suggested that before doing any operation to this crane, all information in this manual must be read
carefully and understood thoroughly.
Particular recommendations:
This manual must be stored in the operators cab where it is within the operators reach.
Observe the relative codes & regulations in the country or region where the crane is in
use.
Keep close attention to the system prompt and alarm at all times during operation.
Operate the crane with extreme care whenever in a condition with danger; otherwise a
serious accident may occur.
Only trained and qualified personnel are allowed to operate the crane! If the operators are
not trained, the possibility of accidents may increase significantly. Untrained personnel
therefore are absolutely prohibited to operate the crane.
Keep this manual properly for reference in the future. When transferring the crane, this
manual should be transferred together with the crane.
The instructions and drawings in this manual correspond to the state of the art technology
at the time of writing. There might be information deviated from the actual product due to
technology improvement. Please contact us immediately if you have any question with
this manual and we will deliver you the latest version. Thanks for your understanding of

This safety manual includes detailed instructions for safe operation of this crawler crane. Please
read this manual carefully and understand it completely before commencing any operation. If this
manual is lost or damaged, please purchase it from Sany Equipment immediately.
This manual is composed of the following sections:
Section 1 General, including detailed instructions of operation files of the crane
Section 2 Operation Range and Liability Range, expressly describing the range in which the
crane can be used and defining liability of every person
Section 3 Operation Conditions and Service Life of the Crane, providing information on
conditions in which the crane can operate and the longest service life of the crane
Section 4 Safety Rules, listing some common hazards which may occur to the crane and alert
operating staff to be aware of these potential hazards
Section 5 Safety Parts, describing safety parts involved when entering and exiting the cab,
ensure operator knowing these parts and avoid tripping or falling hazards
Section 6 Safety Exit, introducing the positions to enter and leave the cab
Section 7 Fire Extinguisher in the Cab, general information on position of the fire extinguisher in
the cab

If the is marked with , your crane is equipped with such an item and you should pay
attention to the information contained in this item.

information contained in this item is not applicable to your crane. In such a case, the
