Details:
The project was mainly dealt with analyzing the potentiality for the products of the UNITEK SOFTWARE
PVT LTD’s 3 eductional softwares in Chennaii. Beside with these factors such as brand image perceived by
Consumers and examine the impact of perceived quality factors of Unitek Software. It was also analyzing the brand
promotional activities of Unitek compared with others for improving the brands.
Benefit:
There are significant business benefits which accrue from effective, strong and identify the potentiality of
an organisation’s brand. These include:
● Long term profitability and sustainability of the brand for long years.
● Improvement in brand image and brand loyalty attributes which leads the brand as most familiar one among
others in the market.
Details:
The project was mainly used to analyze the future for the particular notebook which has some extra
features and other services expected from the public in the same product. Along with these identification of factors
related to customer’s perception and the buying behavior and preferences as well as schemes & discounts for the
particular product. It was undertaken by means of collecting primary data from the customers with the help of
structured questionnaire.
