BIRDS

OF
TABLE ROCK
STATE PARK
Table Rock State Park has over 3000 acres of mixed pine-hardwood
forest, providing a variety of habitats for birds and other wildlife.
There are 10 miles of hiking trails leading through scenic mountain
terrain. The trails can be accessed at the nature center. In addition,
Carrick Creek and other small streams feed Pinnacle Lake and Lake
Oolenoy, creating attractive wetland areas for many birds. Over 180
species of birds have been recorded on the park with over 70
confirmed breeding species. Do not disturb any nesting birds.

Please report any sightings of birds not listed or shown in season
