The second TGL happens when you space out, that is, you go into a
trance because of the first TGL. You know you are in a trance because
the form gets sloppy or you forget where you were. Simply remember
to start the pentagram again, and this act consists of the second
TGL. Continue in this way for one hour. Remember that when you
space out, go back to the pentagram.
Pentagram of the Well
At some
point, of course, you will stop meditating. Maybe you meditate for
an hour and then you stop. What do you do next? It is sometime
after you stop meditating that the effects of the meditation will
begin to manifest. The trance epsilon is an interval of time between
the end of the meditation and the start of any effects. This interval
may be from five to twenty minutes or even longer depending on how
you have terminated your meditation.
As noted in
the beginning of this paper, the Golden Mean ratio is certainly
associated with the manifestation of minimum energy requirements in
the growth of living things. The idea of life and beauty is spread
by the pentagram meditation. In doing so, it interferes with the
manifestation of off-frequency or non-life-supportive energies. The
meditation may have some protecting effect, and, indeed, the form of
the pentagram itself has been used as a psychic protector.

Visualizations and the Psychic Body
Submitted by Dennis Wier on Mon, 12/10/2007 - 05:43.
One interesting, recent effect is awareness of a psychic body. That is, the multiple visions of
people I don't know and never met also stimulated me to become aware of myself. I experience
myself as a sort of elongated egg form with a single eye.
In addition, while experiencing myself in this state, I 'breathe' through my spine in some way. My
spine in this egg is a tube and seems to receive 'energy' from the surrounding non-physical
realm.
I don't seem to have feet in this state, but I have the sense that I swim like a fish and fly like a
bird.
There are many people around. Most seem not to notice me, but there are a few people I do
recognize and greet.
