DUTIES & RESPONSIBIILIES:
Piping and Structurals

Stage wise Inspection before, during and after fabrication for Pipes & Structures.
Read the Fabrication drawings and prepare the inspection reports. (Both vessel and
structural)
Carried out visual inspection of welds as per Code & Client requirements
Familiar about SS, Alloy Steels, LTCS and Carbon Steel Electrodes.
Maintaining the Quality documents as per QAP and Purchase specification.
Preparation of Daily status.
Participate in the resolution of the quality problems as directed by QC Manager.
Coordination with inter-department for revised P&IDs, vendor drawings,
equipment data Sheets, layouts.
Assisting to QA/QC Manager in planning and implementation of all QA/QC activities
involved in the project.
Ensuring the calibration of EMTE (Engineering measuring and testing equipments).
Co-ordinate with third party inspection as per QCP stages.
Taking corrective measures for preventing rework process.
Issued of Non-conformance reports & Verification of Corrective / Preventive action.
Co-ordination with client and Subcontractors.

PER COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES:

Pre-commissioning activities are activities to be performed after Mechanical Completion

of piece of equipment or system to make it safe and ready to receive hydrocarbons/
Injection water and Ready for Commissioning.
Performing all remaining works other than commissioning and Performance Tests.
The completion and testing of the platform equipment & systems.
Able to read and interpret all marked up P & ID's on piping & pressure vessels systems.
Checking, site modifications.
Flushing/cleaning of vessels & piping (Source : Water, Oil)
Blowing/cleaning of vessels & piping (Source : Air- Oil Free, Steam)
Nitrogen/Helium (N2/He) Leak Testing of hydrocarbon and all piping systems.
