Program Support Assistant

As a Program Support Assistant, Presently, I reconcile outstanding


payments/invoices in conjunction with the Fee Basis office team,

Budget Analyst

As A Budget Analyst 7/9, I assisted the Administrative Officer, GS-


11 in the preparation of the proposed budget for approval by the
Office of Management and Budget per established guidelines.
Department Allowances are the amounts requested from the Office of
Management and Budget for the Budget Year. OMB allowances are
the amounts that the President will request Congress to appropriate
for the budget year. In preparing budget estimates, I would review
and take into consideration previous years' cost in personnel and
expense accounts, considering such personnel costs as cost of living
adjustments, payroll promotions, overtime, etceteras as well as
recurring and expected expenses. The Center Budget proposal based
on Program Year justifying No-Year, Multi-Year as well as One-
Year appropriations. Appropriations Language sets forth amounts and
purposes for which funds and provided. Statutory restrictions
establish maximum or minimum amounts that may be used for
specific purposes. Authorizing legislation establishes or continues the
legal operation of a Federal Program or agency and may place limits
on the amount of budget authority. As a Budget Analyst, I performed
routine budget administration functions in directing the formulation,
execution and review of the Center's operations repair/rehabilitation
and equipment budget. Formulating and revising annual budget
estimates for Center support activity accounts such as
communication, utilities, transportation, supplies, medical, and
subsistence and clothing accounts. Researched, compiled and
summarized data concerning personnel costs for budget estimates.

maximum rate of pension are automatically eligible for beneficiary
travel pay from their residence to the closest VA Medical Center,
which can provide the necessary care to the veteran. Veterans not in
one of the above categories may complete a Certificate of Inability to
Pay Transportation Costs (VAF 70-2523). I completed release of
information forms (VAF 3128, VAF 5345) upon veteran's request for
release of medical information to insurance companies, private
physicians, employers, i.e. ; verifying veterans proof of military
service; preparing consolidated health record for new patients,
correctly filling reports and correspondence in administrative and
medical folders; discharging no-show appointments from designated
clinic(s) and after two scheduled no-shows, forward record and
progress report to attending physician for authority to reschedule
veteran in clinic or to discharge veteran from specified clinic. This

service-connected information in the administrative folder of the
consolidated health record and checking period of hospitalization in
question to assure that veteran's primary diagnosis is a condition for
which he is service-connected, and if veteran is eligible, forwarding
21-day certificate forms to attending physician for completion and
when returned to Regional Office Desk, typing this information on
Part III and Part VI of VAF 10-7132 and submitting VAF 10-7132 to
