Terms:
(i) The Expenditure of Site visit including stay is the responsibility of client and
it will be decided mutually at later stage.
(ii) Regular monitoring of the construction activities will not be provided and if
required it will be charged separately.
(iii) Accurate Line plans will be provided by the client well advance to start design
phase.
(iv) The date of commencement will start from the date of acceptance of quotation in
writing/e-mail. 30% of total charges will be made as advance. Client is bound to clear
balance dues (50% of total charges) at the time of completion of design. Payment may be
made in favor of Mr. Sher Afgan.(National Tax no 3794712-5).
(v) If the work is terminated by client due to any reason, the compensation (80% of
the total charges) shall be paid to designer by the client as compensation cost
