Acting for and on behalf for depend the interest of the law of the Authorizer, to put forward a
lawsuit of Wanprestasi in district court in south Jakarta, Jalan Ampera No.1 South Jakarta, to
Mr. Fulan with the address in Jalan Sungai No.3 South Jakarta, therefore Authorized shall be
entitled to:
1. Creating and signing Lawsuit as well as register in District court of South Jakarta
2. Accepting and rejecting all of proofs and submit all of proofs required
3. Submit a witness to heard in court
4. Making the documents required in proceeding the hearing in court such as Duplik,
Kesimpulan, and etc

All powers and authority given by the Authorizer to the Authorized in this Power of Attorney
shall remain valid until this Power of Attorney is revoked by the Authorizer.
