This tool is for activating the ECU during an FS/FST reflash, as explained in Digital
Wrench. While this tool is plugged into the key switch, power is supplied to the
ECU. Caution: Verfify the Safety Slap Switch is in the down position before installing
this jumper. Do not pull on the Safety Slap Switch while jumper is installed. NOTE:
Damage may occur to the ECU if a different style jumper is used. The ECU will
remain powered as long as the jumper is installed. When finished, always remember
to remove the jumper and reconnect the ignition switch connector.
