2002 Release A
A-000032) Support for a Latin Word Index. Performance of the Greek word
index has been improved. The list of works for a specific word form takes
less time to be generated, and when the "Show Text" function is chosen,
all the occurrences are immediately searched for, resulting in a quicker
display. When long words beginning with vowels were searched for in
the Greek Word Index, sometimes a fatal error would occur. This has
been fixed. Problems with the GreekKeys fonts are fixed. Specifically,
the keyboard mappings have been fixed when word forms are entered for
searching. Also, if Beta Code is selected, Greek is no longer displayed
when word forms are entered. Greek text within Latin language files is
now properly displayed. This did not work properly in Musaios 2001A.
Rarely, duplicate search results were erroneously reported. This has now
been fixed.
2001 Release A
A-000028) Ctrl-C hot key to copy selected text to clipboard does not work.
A-000021) Supports TLG CD #E. Version 1.0d-32 does not read all of the TLG
word index on disc #E due to its increased size.
A-000022) The occurence number shown viewing text when searching the word
index has been corrected.
A-000023) The sort order of the author list dialog has been changed to reflect
the ordering given on the CD itself. In order to achieve this and support
scrolling based on typed characters the parts of the names have been
altered slightly in some cases. This will be corrected in a subsequent
version.
A-000024) Accents and other diacritics on Roman characters are now displayed
correctly.
A-000026) Smart quotes have been implemented so that single and double
qutoes, as well as guillemets point the correct direction.
1.0d-32 Bug fixes and enhancements (from 1.0c, which was 16-bit):
A-000011) Hits occuring after the first one in the last 8K block of a work were
not found.
A-000012) List of hits in Results dialog did not function correctly under Win32
(Windows NT and Windows 95).
A-000013) Exported Beta Code was still treated as RTF, which caused grave
accents to be lost. Beta Code is now exported as regular text, so it can
be pasted into notepad and other non-RTF programs. Normal Greek and
Latin are still exported as RTF.
A-000016) Now exports text to a file as well as via the Clipboard. See manual
for more details.
A-000017) Certain hits were being lost in multiple author search but found when
doing a search from browsing a work. This was caused by an error in
ccattext.cpp which caused the second block of a work to be skipped if the
first block contained part of the previous work and that part of the
previous work had an occurrence of the search string in it.
