1 to improve employee productivity-employee productivity is the relationship between employee inputs


and outputs.

QWL is a wide and abstract concept gross meaning of which is that all the employers have the
opportunity of presenting their ideas suggestions and opening before making decision which affect
them.

HR of the organization should be utilized so as to confirm to various laws imposed by the government in
relation to managing people.

5 to ensure customer compliance

Currently growing number of organization will have to comply with various prescriptions given by their
important customers.

OBJECTIVES OF HRM

1 to procure the right people at the right time for the right job retain the people at the work

2 to retain the most appropriate employees within the organization

3 to get and improve organizational commitment of the employees

4 to generate and enhance job involvement and organizational citizenship of the employees
