12 Synopsis The topics that will be covered in this course are basic concepts of the project
management and the industrial management. It also exposes the students on how to
consolidate the project and industrial life cycle activities that result in the development
of the project plan and to control the execution of the project. This will include major
topics of Project Strategy, Project Management Process, Project Management
Knowledge Areas and Industrial Management Process Life Cycle.
