Antemortem Dental Records
(On 4 March 2017 we examined antemortern dental recards for Isabel Mercedes CELIS
(DOB: 27 July 2005). These records consisted of paper copies of four bitewing radiographs of
the posterior deciduous dentition, and two pages af dental notes. All of these records apparently
pertain to Isabel's dental treatment in 2010 and 2011 and were provided to the PCOME by TPD
personnel who obtained them from the dental office (7A? 'ocotcd 0 Cama

(DOB: 27 July 2005) were compared to the postmortem dental records- a dental chart and a set
of DEXIS digital dental radiographs ofl made by us for the decedent designated by
the PCOME as case 17-0568.
Consistency in eruption status is present between the antemortemn and the postmortem
records for the six teeth (#3, A, B, I, I, and #14) that are imaged in the antemortem radiographs
