Main Problem and Reasons The Main Problem is lack of communication and coordination.
for the Problem Nobody was willing to break the bad news to Marketing Manager and
CEO. Another problem was that There was no proper communication
regarding current system requirement and future upgrades.

Solution/Recommendations Proper Road Map for Product to be developed. The Road map to be
