Theappisprovidedtoyoufreeofanychargemadebyus.Theappwilltransmitdataandthis
transmitteddatamay,however,incurcostsorbedeductedfromyourdataallowancedependingon
yourservicecontract,andyouremainresponsibleforanysuchchargesfromyourserviceprovider.
Wetrytokeepthisdatavolumeassmallasreasonablypossible.

Liability

TWRPandourpartner,P3insight,donotwarrantthatthetransferredinformationisaccurateand
complete.Exceptasprovidedbylaw,wearenotliableshouldyouincurdamagefromimproper,
incompleteordelayedtransmissionofinformationorafaultoftheapplication.Iftheapplicationor
thetransmissionofdataleadstointerferenceordamagetohardwareorsoftware,weare
responsibleonlytotheextentcausedbyintentorgrossnegligencebyus.Wearenotliableforany
dataloss,andyouareadvised(asyouwouldbewheninstallingandusinganyapp)toensureyou
haveappropriatebackupofthedatastoredonyourdevice.
