Master Data such as Material Master, Vendor Master, External Service Master, Info Records,
Source List. Master data settings and number range.
Consumption based Planning, Batch Management, Procurement Cycle, Material Valuation,
Stock Determination, Batch Determination, etc.
Quota Arrangement, Invoices, Subcontracting, Contract, Reservation, Scheduling Agreement,
Inventory Management, Cyclic Counting, Release Procedures, Stock Transfer & Transfer
Posting, Vendor Evaluation, Partner Determination, etc.
Domestic & Import Cycle processing, Pricing Procedure.
Automatic determination for GL accounts, mapping valuation classes to GL.
Providing Technical/Functional specification for reports and guided ABAP developers.
Exposure in integration with key module like PP, FI, CO, SD, QM, PM.
Exposure in data migration i.e. Master Data, Cutover Data by LSMW, BDC, etc.
Involved in Preparation of ASIS, TOBE, FS, BBP, Configuration doc, User Manual, UAT, IT
etc.
Exposure to WM/EWM/SRM module is added advantage

Experience
Candidate should have minimum 5-6 years of experience in SAP MM module, with 2 end to
end implementation and support and rollout project experience.
Consulting experience
KSA working experience
Exposure in data migration i.e. Master Data, Cutover Data by LSMW, BDC, etc.
Involved in Preparation of ASIS, TOBE, FS, BBP, Configuration doc, User Manual, UAT, IT
etc.

SAP P2P implementation project experience with active role

Instrumental in managing following key activities GAP Analysis and GAP Resolutions
Identifying RICEFW & Preparing Functional *Specification P2P Master Data Migration P2P
Transaction Data Migration PO and Stock
Should have sound knowledge in Implementation Contracts and Release Purchase orders
Procurement for Direct Consumption Procurement of External Services Automatic Account
Determination Release Strategies Pricing Procedures & Taxations Inventory Management
GR,GI, Stock Transfer, Physical Inventory, Supplier Invoice Verification, Material Maser,
Vendor Master and condition records,
Should be Instrumental in Implementation Stock Transport Purchase Orders, Sub-Contracting
Third Party Procurement
Should have knowledge Awareness about Scheduling Agreement & Schedule lines,
Consumption Based Planning, Vendor Evaluation, Consignment Procurement, Blanket
Purchase orders Preferred, if the candidate has exposure to Batch Management Serial Number
Management Classification GST and CIN SAP WMS Exposure

Minimum 4-8 years of post-qualification experience

- Explain process flow to SAP consultant.
 - Sample master data collection as per SAP consultant requirement.
- User acceptance test with consultant
- Final data collection.
- End User Training given to all SAP users related to MM Module.
- Problem trouble shooting during Support.
- Handling and closing on process related issues.
- Providing solution for the tickets logged by the client on queries related to Material Master,
Vendor Master, Info Record, Purchasing, Inventory Management.
- Involved in developing functional specifications and run test scenarios on new requirements
for Business.
- Configure SAP current and new functionality making minor changes in development and
moving transports.
- Have worked on issues related to z-reports creation, adding new fields, layout and variants.
- Have worked on issues related to Forms in PO output, schedule agreement.
- Worked on issues related to LSMW, Query, MASS function, storage location maintenance,
material maintenance, revision level, vendor maintenance units of measurement, AVL.
- Worked on some SAP-PP issues related to BOM, plant assignment ,MRP demand , ECO
changes
- Worked on various training/learning tickets related to various SAP business process.
- Have created many user-testing documents for various changes.
- Download of data from legacy system database.
- Upload master data in MM like material master, vendor master, info record and source list
using Win Shuttle software.
