This operator's manual provides all the information needed to

the smooth operation of the ATM ProCash 2100xe.

Familiarization with the operating instructions and descriptions of the individual modules

will allow you to:

- Replace the consumable items (such as paper)

- Fill the cartridge issuing banknotes money


- To solve problems (eg, paper jams / banknotes)

- Operate the ATM machine properly.

Important safety instructions

Before working with the ATM carefully read the following instructions.

ATM complies with the safety regulations for information technology devices.

- Pay attention to the indication and warning signs,


placed on the ATM.

- ATM equipped with a LAN cable, tested for safety. This

power cord must be connected to a grounded outlet suitable

type.

- Replace the CCFL-backlit logo and the control panel on the box only

after a power failure the ATM.

- Pull out the power cord by the plug only. In any case not

pull the cord.

- All connecting wiring systems should be designed so that it does not

caused the injuries and bruises as a result of the fact that someone will come and

stumble on it, or for other reasons.

- In emergencies (eg damaged casing, elements

safety and ergonomics.

- Remember that when an external power supply to the additional

electronic devices (such as the burglary alarm settings)

(SELV-circuits).

- For cleaning, use only ATMs cleaners, permitted

Repair

By repairing the ATM may only be authorized

Repair and maintenance of the ATM of this type is produced as the rear, and

on the rear side of the machine.

To manage the ATM ProCash 2100xe, its repair and maintenance of your

After installation of the ATM, re-key the lock on the

three original key and the combination to the lock or set up a new
selected numeric code.

Safe deposit box can be equipped with either the combination lock and key

lock, or two combinational lock (optional). Retuning

If you see an error message, the print head overheat 'replace

the print head (see "Addressing the causes of poor propechatki").

If the error message continues to be displayed, turn off the ATM,

exit from the special application and contact

technical support.

No voltage

The reason that the printer is not operating and thus not lit, none of the three

LEDs can be a power failure.

Run a special application (see "Operation

ATM "section of" Calling a special application ATM ").

Open the ATM and pull out the slide ATM until it stops (see chapter

"Management of the ATM," section "Opening / closing doors

ATM ").

Check the connection to the mains (see section "Control Panel

Addressing the causes of poor propechatki

The reason for poor or too light pollution can be propechatki

heater. This section describes the cleaning of the print head.

If propechatki quality has not improved, contact your service

support.

Run a special application (see "Operation

ATM "section of" Calling a special application ATM ").

Open the ATM and pull out the slide ATM until it stops (see chapter

"Management of the ATM," section "Opening / closing doors

ATM ").

Unplug the printer by pulling the plug on the power cord from the

sockets (see "Printer Control Panel", paragraph 6).

The printhead may be hot. If the printing process just

over, wait a few minutes until the print head

cool.

Click on the green lever until it stops in

direction of the arrow (1), and then turn

thermal printer in the direction of

the arrow (2).

Wipe (dirt, dust, etc.), a heating element of the print head,

using a soft, lint-free cloth moistened with clean isopropyl

alcohol (e.g., ISOPADS).

Matrix NP06 journal printer has a modular design. It is

Addressing the causes of poor propechatki

The status indicator and audible alarm (siren) for email

ATMs are located inside the printer's control panel.

Recommendations for the care, cleaning and maintenance of ATM components

Chapters are devoted to the respective components.

Care and cleaning of the ATM are only allowed when

Preventive Maintenance

Replacement batteries encryption / decryption module (VEM)

These batteries must be replaced for safety reasons, at least,

once every 5 years.

Battery replacement is performed only when and in good repair

power supply.

When handling batteries replaced, observe the following

notes:
