Ganpat University IT section has made the rate contract for purchase of Acer
(Travel Mate P249-M) Notebook with Lowest Rate. Notebook specification and
prices as per Annexure- A.

Considering to external benefit of the lowest prices, The University has decided to
inform the all staff members and students of Ganpat University that who wish to
purchase the laptop at their own cost.

All the staff members and students are informing to follow the following steps for
purchase of laptop.

1. The last date for registration is 29/09/2017 before office hours.

2. After registration, kindly pay the advance payment cheque or cash at A/C
section of respective institute before 29/09/2017.

3. You will get delivery within 4-5 week from 29/09/2017.

Note:

1. This price valid only for Ganpat University Student and Staff only.

2. Students/Staff members are allowed purchase one Notebook only.

3. You have to produce the college Identity cards authorize by principal of

respective institute at the time of delivery.
