Anupama was working in a school for twelve years. She was enjoying her work and was settled in her professional and personal life too.
But LIFE had decided something different, an abominable mess for Anupama. One day she went to school and to her surprise, she came
to know that school will be closed for ever by the management. Management was firm on the decision and all the teachers were in sheer
shock.
Everything was shattered. Somehow everyone accepted the decision and decided to move on. Anupama started looking for another job
as she could not afford to be jobless due to her family responsibilities. As she was well qualified and ready to work hard, she got the job
easily. Her job profile was totally different that old one and demanding. Many days she was missing her students, staff members and her
passion teaching. She learned many new things from her team members. She joined a class to refresh her skills in technology. Her team
leader told that it was the demand of her new job profile. Slowly she became familiar with the environment and started enjoying her work.
One day her team leader asked her to give a presentation on the program she was coordinating for the members of the organization
interested in the program. She gathered all the required data, went through related previous presentations and prepared the presentation.
Before the actual presentation, she was asked to present it in house. She received many suggestions from her colleagues and seniors. After
a vigorous discussion, they all came to a conclusion and decided a line of the presentation. At first she was very nervous but then she
understood the difference in the approach and started working accordingly. She accepted and incorporated all the relevant suggestions given
by her team members and revised her presentation.
When she presented it in the meeting, it was appreciated by all. She answered all the queries well. Her seniors were also happy with her.
Anupama was ready to walk a different path in her life!
