EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
We are glad to inform you that effective [Date], you are hired by this company as a seasonal
employee under the following terms and conditions:

1. Position. You are hereby hired as [Position] of the Company, with the following duties and
responsibilities:

2. Compensation. You will receive the wage of Three Hundred Fifty-Three Pesos
(Php353.00) per working day. You will be paid overtime pay for work rendered in excess
of eight (8) hours. For rest days and holidays, you will be paid according to the standard
rate set by the government.

3. Seasonal Employment. You will work for the Company for the duration of the season or
from September ____ to June ____. It is hereby understood and agreed that the
Company does not have a continuing need for your services beyond the duration of your
seasonal employment, or any approved extension thereof.

4. Termination of Employment. You may terminate your employment by giving the Company
at least 30 (thirty) days prior notice in writing. Should you fail to give due notice, you
hereby authorize the Company to deduct from your last pay such damages that the
Company may incur by reason of your failure to give due notice or ensure proper
turnover. In case of non-compliance, you further agree that the Company has full
authority and right to notify your new employer of your outstanding accountabilities with
the Company.

The Company reserves the right to terminate your employment, after observing due
process, for just or valid causes under Philippine Labor Law. Termination may be due to
any, but not necessarily limited to, the following grounds:

(a) Inefficiency;
(b) Incompetence;
(c) Tardiness;
(d) Insubordination;
(e) Breach of confidentiality and non-disclosure;
(f) Violation of the Company's intellectual property rights;
(g) Just and authorized causes of the Labor Code and provided for by law;
(h) Other causes provided in the Employee Handbook/Company Manual, and
(i) Other analogous causes.

5. Confidentiality. You agree that all matters becoming known to you through your work will
be held in strictest confidence even when you are no longer in the employ of the
Company. This means that you shall not pass on, convey or disclose to any person,
organization, or entity, any information disclosed or made available to you (e.g. matters
affecting or relating to the business of the Company, including but not limited to, the

identity of its customers, the manner of operation, plans and processes) during your
employment or make similar disclosures or recommendations, except with prior written
consent from the Company.

6. Work Assignment. You agree to accept any assignment to any location, if and when so
requested by the Company.

7. Assistance in Litigation. Upon reasonable notice, you shall furnish such information and
proper assistance to the Company as it may reasonably require in connection with any
litigation in which it is, or may become, a party either during or after your employment.

8. Guarantee for Employees Wrongful Conduct. You agree to keep the Company, both
during and after your employment, fully and effectively indemnified against any and all
lawsuits, losses, damages, injuries, deaths, expenses, actions, proceedings, demands,
costs and claims, including but not limited to legal fees and expenses that are brought
against the Company or any third party, where such lawsuits, losses, damages, injury or
death is/are the result of your wrongful actions, negligence or breach of contract,
including but not limited to actions done outside the scope of your employment or
improper, unlawful or irresponsible actions or the use or violation of any copyrighted work
or literary properly or patented invention, process, software, formula, design, plan or
system, and other similar properties.
