Get Enough Sleep
Getting enough sleep can sometimes
be difficult. Most adults need between
seven and eight hours of sleep each
night to feel rejuvenated and to
function at optimal levels.
You cant simply catch up on
sleep in one night the effects are
cumulative so be sure youre giving
yourself enough rest every day.
Turn off all electronics 30 minutes
before going to bed and try different
relaxation techniques or reading a book
to help you unwind and fall asleep
easier.
Breathe Deeply

Take a 5-minute break and focus on your breathing.


Sit up straight, eyes closed, with a hand on your belly.
Slowly inhale through your nose, feeling the breath
start in your abdomen and work its way to the top of
your head. Reverse the process as you exhale through
your mouth.
Deep breathing counters the effects of stress by
slowing the heart rate and lowering blood pressure,
