El Derecho Internacional sobre Migracin (DIM) aspira a promover la comprensin y conciencia sobre las
normas jurdicas y principios que rigen los movimientos de personas en la actualidad, ya se trate de los
derechos u obligaciones de los migrantes o de las responsabilidades de los Estados. Adems ofrece una fuente
de definiciones para los trminos utilizados en el mbito de la migracin y un anlisis temtico de cuestiones
atinentes al derecho sobre la migracin. El Departamento de Derecho Internacional sobre Migracin y Asuntos
Jurdicos de la OIM se encarga de la serie sobre DIM.
