Your Asthma Score is your assessment of your level of asthma control. It will help you and your health care professional decide if
your asthma is controlled or whether there is room for improvement.

Even if you are happy with your level of asthma control, it is important that you make an appointment with your doctor to discuss your
asthma score or any other concerns about your asthma.

Score: 2025 Score: 19 or less
