HEMPACRYL SELLADOR OPACO AL DISOLVENTE 26630

Description: Solvent based pigmented primer.

Recommended use: As intermediate sealer coat on concrete surfaces and prefabricated.

As reinforcing and sealer on degraded or powdery surfaces coated with lime or concrete
products before recoated with water or solvent based products.

Safety: Packings are provided with appropriate safety labels which should be observed. In addition,
Material Safety Data Sheet(s) should be consulted and national or local safety regulations
should be followed. As a general rule, inhalation of possible solvent vapours or paint mist, and
contact of liquid paint with skin and eyes, should be avoided. Forced ventilation should be
provided when applying paint in confined spaces or stagnant air. Even when ventilation is
provided, respiratory, skin and eye protection are always recommended when spraying paint.
Necessary precautions against the risk of fire or explosions must be taken.

Surface preparation: NEW SURFACES:

Plaster and concrete
- Allow to cure completely (28 days min).
- Remove laitance and efflorescence by water and abrasive blasting or by high pressure water
blasting (200 Kg/cm approx.).
- Remove dust and abrasive residues by fresh water hosing.
- Allow to dry.
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE:
- The product is applying on old or dusty surfaces. It can be applied on new material as a
sealer.
- In both cases the procedure is as follows:
Remove dust, dirt and bad adhered materials.
Level the surface with suitable filler or mortar (optional).
Prime the surface thoroughly with Hempacryl Sellador Opaco al Disolvente 26630 till to
verify that the surface is uniform and completely sealed. The product should form a
homogeneous surface film.
Finishing: Apply 2 coats by roller with any product as Hempacryl, Hempatone or
Hempamur.

Remarks: The spreading rate is theoretical and its value could differ depending on the type of substrate,
absorption or roughness. Application method and dilution can also affect paint consumption.
