The movie that I have watched is girl interrupted. In this movie, we have a main
character that is Susanna. Sussana is a girl that is saying on have a suicide attempt by
combining a bottle of vodka and a bottle of aspirin. But, she trully denied that she try
to kill herself. She also cant understand of her own mentat state. Sometimes she think
that she had a delusions. In the first part of the movie, Susanna have met a psychiatrist
that is her fathers friend. At the end of the session with the psychiatrist, Susanna are
ask to have a rest to a mental institution that is Claymoore. At the Claymoore,
Sussana at first looks shock by looking at different type of illness and craziness of the
people at there. Sussana are try to cope with the new environment and she met all of
the patient at the Claymoore. One day, she met Lisa that is a sociopath and they
become a good friends. Lisa can give a big influences in the institution and her
bestfriend Jamie has died. Besides of that Susanna also met her roomate,Georgina that
is a pathological liar. Polly is the one that have an ugly face and also have Daisy that
wont eat in the presence of other people. Sussana still questioning herself on try to
understand her own problem and all the crazy thoughts that happen in her mind. She
still in a denial that she have a mental illness and she are not listen to a doctors advice.
She try to stand her own points and still want to believe that she is find. Susanna have
try to kill herself, she have a bipolar personality disorder. She also have an affair with
her parents friend and that keep haunting her. As she have been with her friends, she
can see that the people inside the mental institution is sick. That give her insight when
Lisa are push the button of Daisy (dare on point of the sickness) until Daisy kill
herself at the toilet. Susanna try to seek help by psychiatrist and try to get out of the
institution.
One night before Susanna get out from there,Lisa have stolen a diary of Suannas
and read it so that others will hate Susanna too. After Lisa heard about what are
Susanna think about her she start to attack Susanna until she try to push Susannas
past and try to use of her psychological abuse on hope to trigger her down. As
Susannas try to escape, she have injured her finger by sliding a door shut and Lisa
keep on haunting her. Lisa start to tell that why people doesnt care about her and why
people dont push her button so that she can die. And Susanna say that she is already
dead, her heart are cold. Lisa break down and she try to commit suicide by attempting
to shove a hypodermic needle into her arm but she failed to do and Lisa just lies on
the ground crying next to Susanna and the other girls. Before Susanna get released she
have met Lisa and their is possiblity that Lisas will get better.

Susanna is in a state of depressed. She have been diagnosed by her doctor that is
Dr Melvin that she have Borderline Personality disorder. Borderline personality
disorder (BPD) is a serious mental disorder marked by a pattern of ongoing instability
in moods, behavior, self-image, and functioning. These experiences often result in
impulsive actions and unstable relationships. A person with BPD may experience
intense episodes of anger, depression, and anxiety that may last from only a few hours
to days. Some people with BPD also have high rates of co-occurring mental disorders,
such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders, along with substance
abuse, self-harm, suicidal thinking and behaviors, and suicide.

From my opinion, the suitable treatment for people with Borderline personality
disorder is Psychotherapy (or talk therapy) .Current research suggests
psychotherapy can relieve some symptoms, but further studies are needed to better
understand how well psychotherapy works.
Psychotherapy can be provided one-on-one between the therapist and the patient or in
a group setting. Therapist-led group sessions may help teach people with BPD how to
interact with others and how to express themselves effectively. It is important that
people in therapy get along with and trust their therapist. The very nature of BPD can
make it difficult for people with this disorder to maintain a comfortable and trusting
bond with their therapist.

Medications

Medications should not be used as the primary treatment for BPD as the benefits are
unclear. However, in some cases, a mental health professional may recommend
medications to treat specific symptoms, such as mood swings, depression, or other
disorders that may occur with BPD. Treatment with medications may require care
from more than one medical professional.
