Comments:
You successfully included all of the required slides in your Power Point Mary. The information you had gathered was
accurate and demonstrated that you are developing your understanding about the differences in the characteristics of
solids, liquids and gases.
When you are creating a Power Point you need to create it with your audience in mind. While moving pictures look
good on their own, when you put them behind your text on a slide, it makes it incredibly difficult and distracting for
people to read the information you have gathered!
There were a few spelling mistakes on 2 of your slides (condinsashion condensation; maluable malleable)
Your confidence when speaking in front of an audience is improving and you could easily be heard from the back of
the classroom. What would make you seem even MORE confident would be an increase in eye contact when you are
speaking. Dont forget to breathe at the end of a sentence and take this opportunity to look up at the audience. The
next time we do an oral presentation, which will be your persuasive speech you have been planning, aim to make eye
contact with everyone in the audience at LEAST once during your presentation. This will make you appear more
convincing and confident!!
But an overall good effort Mary! Your work ethic when creating this Power Point set a great example for your peer!
