My family and I recently took a vacation to San Antonio. We chose to stay at the Buenos hotel location at
St Maria street. We stayed there from Friday, May 14th up to Tuesday, May 18th. I have enclosed a copy
of our receipt. We picked your hotel because of the location, and some positive review I had read online.
We had a great vacation and enjoyed visiting the Alamo, Sea world and other sites. We liked the
restaurant at your hotel, and the location was perfect. However, we were very disappointed in the
cleanliness of our room.
We found hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. In addition, the floor had crumbs and needed to be
vacuumed. On our second day, when we returned, we noticed that the beds had not been made, and
cleaning staff had not visited. I did call the lobby desk and ask, and they said they were understaffed and
unable to do it on that day.
While I do understand that low staff can cause issues, we did pay for full service. Therefore, since our
room was not cleaned, we would like a partial refund.
You may discuss this further whit me at any time at (806) 443-2342. Or, feel free to email me at
vacationfamily@gmail.com.
Sincerely yours,
Valerie

phenomenon. It Was Venus eclipse. It was very rare amazing natural event. It was reported
that the Venus eclipse will be seen again in the future n 2050. Do you know how this rare
Venus eclipse happens.
Well, actually Venus eclipse is like Sun eclipse. Venus eclipse occurs when the
position of the earth, moon and Venus is Parallel. The venus planet will slowly disappear for
a moment because it is covered by the surface of the moon.
The Moon and the planets are sharing a similar apparent path in the sky. That is why,
it is not unusual for the moon to pass to Venus. In fact, the moon appears somewhere near it
once a month. However, most people dont see these event because they are visible in the
evening sky only half the time before sunset, and then only for a short period after sunset.
The apparent closeness varies from month to month as well.

Water pollution occurs when a body of water is adversely affected due to the addition of large
amounts of materials to the water. The sources of water pollution are categorized as being a point source
or non-source point of pollution. Point source of pollution occur when the polluting substance is emitted
directly into the waterway. A pipe spewing toxic chemicals directly into a river is an example. A non-
point source occurs when there is turnoff of pollutants into a waterway, for instance when fertilizer from a
field is carried into a stream by surface runoff. Water pollution also cames into several types. First, a toxic
substance is a chemical pollutant that is not anaturally occurring substance in aquatic ecosystems. The
greatest contributors to tonix pollution are herbicides, pesticides and industrial compounds. The next kind
is organic substance. Organic pollutin occurs when an excess of organc matter, such as manure or sewage,
enters the water. When organic matter increases in pond, the number of decomposers will increase. There
is also the so-called thermal pollution. Thermal pollution can occur when water is used as a coolant near a
power or industrial plant and then is returned to the aquatic environment at a higher temperature than it
was originally. Finally, it is ecological pollution. Ecological pollution takes place when chemical
pollution, organic pollution or thermal pollution re caused by nature rather than by human activity.
