De 1.400.000 mujeres con capacidad de trabajar hoy en Chile, que estn fuera del campo laboral, por cada 100 mil de
ellas, el Producto Interno Bruto crecera un 0,68%. En tanto, la brecha salarial respecto de los hombres llega actualmente
al 20%.
