MEETING MINUTES

Call to order: An Officer Meeting of the Phi Theta Kappa, Alpha Mu Tau Chapter, was held in Collin
County Community College’s Spring Creek Campus in room C103 on August 15, 2010. The meeting
convened at 4:00 P.M. , President Katie Ye, presiding, and Mito Are, Recording Officer.

Motion: Motion was made to estimate budget for fifty (50) people by Mito (Recording
Officer). Motion Carried.
Motion: Motion was made by Gaea (Events Chairperson) to approve proposed budget of
$234.15 for Meet and Greet Barbecue (see attached “gaea_budget
proposal.pdf”). Motion Carried.

New Business:

o Approval for use of college van for District II Meeting


o Create name badges for individual officers
o Finalize polo/t-shirt design
o Move bulletin board (SCC) to the front
o Itinerary and budget for Water Festival (Jessica – VP of CPC)
o Itinerary for District II Meeting
o Run copies of College Fish brochures and Benefits sheets for Resource and Transfer
